I'm a 33, male and weigh 200 lbs. I'm planning to lose at least 25 lbs.
I have a pedometer and average 10000 steps a day.
I thinking of losing 1 lb a week.
What is my TDEE and how much calorie should I be eating?

Put your stats into MFP. It will give you your calorie goal using the NEAT method which doesn't include exercise.
If you want your TDEE
Google Fitnessfrog, IIFYM, or Scoobysworkshop. TDEE includes daily exercise.
