Losing weight is a choice. I started dec 26 2017 with 170 lbs. After 5 days I lost 6 lbs. Was it easy? Hell no. But if I will not do it, no one will do it for me. I did it why can't you? I believe you can. :)

Try if your watch is compatible with pacer pedometer. Then link that to your mfp. It will automatically add your steps to your mfp. :)
