  • Always down for new friends. Keto/ intermittent faster here. What yall doing?.
  • I'm on week two but I'm also fasting 16:8 5 days a week. So far hardest part for me was the fasting. I've been doing low carb for 9 months. But started the 60/30/10 keto last week.
  • Fried riced cauliflower with broccoli, onions , eggs and well any meat of choice. Yum.

  • I would just stick with real food. I'm just not disciplined enough to not be a black hole with it. I'm a idiot when it comes to portions also. Im doing meal replacement shakes because my backwards schedule and working at fast food makes it a lot more convenient to eat healthier. The shakes squash my cravings which I love.…

  • Since I posted this I haven't missed a day of working out. Found multiple reasons to start and not quit. My main objective now is not only to get down to a size I was 5 years ago(160), but to beat my records that I set for myself on the way there.
