Meal replacement shakes
I'm doing a diet replacing 2 meals with raw foods meal replacement shakes. Of course I mix in more fiber, walnuts or almonds, and a cup and a half of almond milk. Night shifter
Any and all advice for a person who is a sleep when the general population is awake and awake when they are asleep . Like between 8pm and 10 am is my functioning time.
