I've had one for awhile & wear it occasionally for back support. I don't think waist trainers work for losing belly fat or creating an hourglass figure. It does help my aching back.

2 slices of turkey bacon & 2 egg whites cooked in microwave and put on 2 pieces of low cal toast for a quick to-go sandwich. I hate the taste of egg yolks, so that's why I use the whites only.

Cheese dip made with Rotel & Velveeta...I don't eat it often but it's so delicious and horrible for me. Baked chips and salsa is a healthier way to get my chips & dip fix.
