Exercise is becoming something I look forward to instead of dread! I’ve found classes I love. I’m getting stronger and I can see my body changing. Feeling proud of myself!

My favorite breakfast is shredded chicken, avocado, and sharp cheese rolled up in a tortilla. Add in a little honey mustard. It's not really breakfast like, but keeps me from starving all morning.

Thanks Colorado! I keep going back and forth. I'm thinking Alta HR is probably more practical. I like the looks of the new one because it's thinner. I love the idea of the Apple Watch, but I don't know that I would use the apps and things on it. Something to think about over the next few weeks.

Have you noticed a difference in steps when wearing the Fitbit on your wrist rather than in your pocket? I have a Fitbit One, and it's fine. But I really want the Charge HR.

I am not a morning person. My natural wake up time is 9am. Too bad work gets in the way of that! :) however, Years ago I used to go to a 5:30 am spin class. I loved working out in the morning. I find that drinking more water helps me. Try to make the snacks you have more protein based. That might help too.

I despise lunch. It's my least favorite meal of the day. I usually have a pbj. It's kind of a calorie killer. But as a teacher, I like to eat quick lunches. If I don't have a pbj, I eat leftovers from the night before.

I had severe PF, that left me bawling on my living room floor one night. I swore I was never going to walk normally again. I went and saw a chiropractor who specialized in A.R.T. I weigh daily knowing that there will be fluctuations. For example, between yesterday and today I "gained" 3 pounds. I know that's highly unlikely, so I don't worry about it. I weigh every day just to learn patterns about myself, food, water, etc. I do an official weigh in every Saturday morning and record it on MFP.

I hope you get some answers! I'm also on that med, and I've never felt a difference off it or on it. I will say that since being on it, I have had a much harder time losing weight. But feel like I have gained very quickly!!
