When I go to work conferences, I take mayonnaise packets with me and add them as needed. I have found that most box lunches are lowfat lunches so I add my own fat.

I'm an ISFJ- the defender. I occasionally go into the main forums and friend request the people who are getting bullied for being low carb.

Wow, thanks for all of your responses! I appreciate it.

I like biochem whey protein in natural flavor. It's $31 for 24oz. I use it for baking because I don't like to eat a lot of meat. The whey is from grass fed cows.

I started in nov 2015. I have lost 40 pounds and went from a size 18 to a size 12. It has been 25 years since I was a size 12. Carbs were like poison to my body. So, now I choose to eat life giving foods instead of death. I feel like myself again. In 2017, my goal is to be more vegetarian keto.

My latest NSV is that I went out in public today wearing yoga pants. It's been 15 years since I felt comfortable doing that.

When I get noodle cravings I eat edamame noodles from Costco. I like spaghetti squash too. I just eat it with oil, salt and pepper.

Some teachers at work who haven't seen me for a month commented on how much weight I've lost (even though its only been a couple of pounds).

You can do this!

The cheese looks like "Safeway Select" that they sell at Safeway stores. I'm on my way to see...

I like salads with cheese on top plus a mayonnaise based salad dressing.

I add olive oil to hummus and use sugar snap peas for dipping.

I have enjoyed reading this thread! Since losing my weight, I finally fit my pretty bras again. They are 34k. I buy them on HerRoom.com. I prefer Freya brand. Bras are the only thing I spend money on. It helps with the backaches and makes my clothes fit better. I wait for sales, but if not, my bras run $75.

@canadjineh Here in California, they sell a coupon book called the Chinook book. It has coupons and an app for whole foods and eco friendly products. Maybe if you look up the app, you can find the coupons for your area. The book costs $20.

I came to this woe as a result of internal growth/change. I did a lot of self introspection before I changed my diet. I am an extreme introvert too. I just bought some new clothes that are a lot tighter than I am used to wear. It has been quite an adjustment. One of my colleagues told me she lost 50 pounds and thought her…

Yes, the swelling in my legs went down and my allergies went away in the first two weeks.

I tried a hemp one and it tasted like dirt and turned my bread green. So, now I use Biochem natural flavor. It is whey protein and has less then one carb per serving. I don't know what it would taste like in coffee.

I haven't missed any. In fact I thought I was starting menopause, but after going low carb, my TOM came back with a passion. I had to supplement with iron because I was losing so much blood. Each month gets a little better. Give your body time to figure out what's going on and things will go back to normal again.

When I am feeling that way, I eat a bunch of hummus. The carb count is higher than what I would normally eat, but it doesn't seem to effect my digestion or stall my weight loss.

I have been saving my carb allotment for potatoes. It doesn't kick me out of ketosis, but I do end up very hungry the next few days. Other days, I just don't care what I am eating and I will eat a whole container of hummus in one sitting. And it doesn't effect my cravings at all. So, for me, I am still experimenting.

I make mug bread in the microwave: 1 scoop protein powder, natural flavor .25c shredded mozzarella 1Tb cream cheese 1tsp baking soda 1 large egg Dash of salt (or spices like oregano) Cook in microwave for 1-2 minutes until middle is cooked. I saw this on YouTube and changed it to my liking. It is not delicious, but…
