5'2" 115 lbs Usually a small in tops/dresses But I have anywhere from size 5 to size 8 dresses I have no boobs and large hips though so my pants are usually between small for leggings and 7/8/9 for jeans

Rest days are important for your muscles! Without rest they can't repair themselves. It also gives your mind a little time to relax too :) I would say a day or two a week, depending on the intensities of your workouts

I want to agree with everyone who said sunscreen here, sun is your skins enemy! It won't help reduce wrinkles you already have but it will prevent future wrinkles and keep your skin young and healthy. And slather on your favorite moisturizer :)

5'2" and 120 lbs I try to eat 1200 a day but these days I lean more towards my 1600 maintenance I'd like to weigh 110, but I'm not sure if that's a goal I feel motivated enough to keep I haven't lost any weight in quite some time.

I got stretch marks on my thighs, and my weight was the highest I'd ever seen it. My boyfriend also did not like my new weight, and this really ruined my self confidence. Been working on it all ever since.

Don't forget you need healthy fats in your diet! And only about half that teaspoon makes it off your pan and onto your food, unless you use nonstick. ICBINB is probably not the healthiest fat you want to be consuming.

I have a 5k set up for my upcoming 20th birthday! I'm still training for it, but according to C25K, that will be the day I'll hit my first 5k run. Everything plans out perfectly!
