  • I do mostly calisthenics. Based on how much I food I use, I'm under the impression that there are too many variables to accurate determine actual calorie burn. Your BMI alongside the true intensity exerted based on the efficiency of form used per exercise against mind - muscle connection to attribute toward actual fiber…
  • Vegan as well. I do good on mainly carbs and low fat and have an open diary. Consistency with food types seem to help my digestion very well. I do quite a bit of bodyweight, strength, and cardio on the daily so my meals might look much higher than the average bub...though I weight 14 is and maintain this fine with a 6…
  • Interesting. I don't train for half marathons but just ran a 13 mile run just as I felt like I could keep going on my cardio day. I'm close to a 80 carb/ 10 fat/ 10 protein vegan diet. I seem to feel like I often carb load through the week and eat one big meal a night with tons of fruits through the day. My 13 mile time…
  • Lack of hydration may give the appearance of bloat as well. The body retains old water until fresh water is supplied.. thus allowing for elements to move out and be cleansed at the same time.
  • Water is an awesome element to keep good bowel movements in addition to re hydrating your tissues; Your body is said to be 70-80% water by matter. Water is vital to determine hunger vs. Thirst which is easily confused by many people. I try to aim for 2-3 liters daily. This does not include fruits and veggies. Hope you keep…
  • I really do hope you see the positive in my message rather than defend your indulgences....
  • OP, you're diary shows that you drink protein shakes, milkshakes, peanut butter cups, tons of cheese, tons of protein bars, and artificially flavored drinks while under your kcal limit. I'd recommend to find a few members who you may believe to have a healthy fit appearance and then copy and eat what they eat. I'd imagine…
  • My diary is open to view. Now I'm quite athletic so my consumption and use of food vastly differs from yours. However, it appears clear that your formula just is not working for you. In an honest point of view, you're eating tons of fats and improper sources of nutrition. If you eat more healthful foods, you should…
  • Very true. Some vegans eat lots of nuts, but butters, soy protein based fake meats, lots is sodium, and oils; The results of eating those types of non-animal based foods puts fat and water weight on. Plant based foods are proven health full. Hope you sort out what you probably already know to be the wise decision.
  • I'm all veggies, tubers, and fruits too. Feel welcome to see my calorie intake and list of foods on my diary as well. I am very active as a result of remaining healthy, NURISHED, and simply motivated to improving the vessel. The protein issue is so over rated. Have u ever heard of a person sick and fat from a protein…
  • Cinnamon and mash it up. o:)
  • I eat mostly the same foods on a daily basis. Food is a source of fuel and nutrition to me. The body digests and utilizes foods much easier when it becomes a customer to a routine imho. I choose wholesome plant based foods; Love the results. ;)
  • Vegan as well. High carb, low fat vegan. Mostly fruits, veggies, and tubers ;) No oil, very low fat, low sodium, and highly organic. Staying healthy and active. o:)
  • I eat 6-8 bananas a day. o:)
  • You should only consider building muscle once you get to a reasonable bodyweight imho. It would appear to be easier to become the best you if you start with a better foundation. Best of luck. You're going to make it.
  • Forget bodyweight exercises until you're more proportioned after a while. Start with walking, not running to avoid joint issues. Drink LOTS of water to help flush what waste you have now. Try to eliminate dairy first and see if you notice improvements in a week. Limit your sodium intake. Sodium retains 100 times it's…
