You can do it! Usually I have to be in a good mind set when deciding to add wine to my day. Am I overly emotional? Have I been wanting to binge all day? If yes, I do NOT drink wine because then I usually end up making poor decisions. If I know I can stick to one glass, I just drink it and track the calories. Dinner that…

It's always hard to stay motivated. I deal with compulsive over eating so I will do really well for a week and then have a terrible day. I aim to just get back on the saddle the next day and leave the day before behind. Feel free to add me back! Motivation comes from within and I hope to see you continue in a positive…

I can't get the link to work on this
-
I will!! I need this!

My scale is out of batteries, lol. Other than that, I'm doing much better! I have some bad days, but mostly I have really good days. I've been able to get back into running and I hit 7 miles today, woo hoo! All in all, really great! Hope everyone else is hanging tough! I'm really glad to see you back!

Oh god, I'm so sorry!!! Focus on your diet, and it'll help keep your morale up! You can make it through this and just make sure you take care of your body!
-
Ahaha, that's so awesome! I've convinced myself I don't like things like bacon, pepperoni, and cheese curls for exactly those reasons. Your burrito bowls sound delicious, I'll have to give it a shot

I added you

I think the issue is their arm movement, might be hard with the arm being hindered by boney growth. But I'm sure they could figure something out! Good suggestion :)

Oh yeah, you're definitely right. When I did weight watchers, I lost consistently because I actually weighed and measured EVERYTHING. It is a little annoying at first to weigh everything, but it does make a huge difference. I got pretty good at eyeballing stuff, but sometimes I have to bust my scale out for stuff like meat…

Everyone always says once a week, so that's why I set weigh ins up for every Sunday morning. Same time every week is a good judge of how often to weigh yourself. I'm glad you've stuck with your exercising!

The carbs probably caused you to bloat, check your weight in a few days. Glad to hear your body fat is low, awesome!!
-
Woohoo!! So happy to hear that!
-
I haven't done it, sorry! Myfitnesspal might have a forum for it! Good luck :)
-
Bummer, just keep up the good work!

Hmm, that's a tough place to be. I agree that you'll have to do more lower body exercises to maintain strength. If that girl on imgur can figure out how to knit with no fingers, we can figure out a way for you to exercise with low range of motion. Balance and core work with one of those big balls could be possible for you.

Good luck Kate!! Set backs are a completely normal part of weight loss. It's about finding a nice balance that's works in harmony with your body and your life.

That's awesome!

I'm so happy to see everyone losing and feeling good!! This is a tough battle for a lot of us and I love seeing all the support!
-
Awesome!! I've never actually had pasta bolognese, but your recipe sounds delicious! We're carrots and mushrooms your only vegetables?
-
Don't you get all sweaty at work?
-
That's awesome! Honestly, going 5 days is probably good for you, rather than 7. Recovery is actually really important to any workout/diet plan. I'm so proud of your achievement though!
-
That's gives me too much reign, but I hope it works out well for you! I'm so jealous when people can find that balance but food for me is like a crutch so having a calorie limit is the only way I lose.

Doing a Savage Race in May, hope to have lost 20 lbs by then. Scared, excited.
-
I followed you

I hope you finally are able to take time for yourself! Momma has to stay healthy for her little ones as well as yourself. It is good that your husband is joining you on your diet journey

Thank you! I haven't yet done a blog, but I'm thinking about starting one to post stuff that isn't really necessary on here. .

No :( I can do little ones. About 3.
