NSG accomplishments anyone?
In terms of victories, I don't always have them on the scale because I LOVE food. In any case, I'm trying to consistently work on my body. I'm able to do 20 push ups!! That's a 2 and a 0. 20!! And, even better, is that they are not girl push ups. Woohoo!! Anyone else get any of your NSG done?

Snowpocalypse! (East coast, USA)
I just busted my butt shoveling out the driveway for over an hour. Definitely burned off my snow day hangover and about 600 calories to boot! Great exercise. Anyone else use the snow as a way to workout? Sledding? Shoveling? Dragging your children around in it? I think wrestling my daughter into her snow suit was a workout…

My weigh is today was 160.4. That is about a pound down from last week. My total loss since christmas is 5 pounds and my total loss since starting this group is 3 pounds! Good luck everyone!

New Years Walk.
Did anyone take on the challenge and walk 2 miles today? I hopped on the treadmill and got mine in! Took 36 minutes to complete and I burned 166 calories.
