Sometimes, eating more carbs is worse if a lot of carbs are sugars. Is your diary viewable to us? Are the fats you're eating healthy fats?

Welcome to our group! They say weight loss is 80% food and 20% exercise. What you choose to eat will have a big roll to play in your weight loss journey! Tracking your meals is extremely important. You can do this!!

Nice job! I'm able to see your food diary as well. Maybe when you're ready, you can start subbing some of your soda intake with water. It'll make a difference when you get down to the nitty gritty of your weight loss.

Coat in crushed ritz and parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and bake. Make a sauce with low fat cream cheese, chicken stock, and green onion. Easy, good, and the sauce is low calorie if you just lightly drizzle, somewhere around 60 calories.

I cut up a banana, a half cup strawberries and a half cup grapes and mix in Greek yogurt, usually vanilla.

That's okay! It's important to continue tracking your food and exercise and doing weigh ins because soon, you will see that number change! I'm so glad you're feeling better too!

I always eat breakfast. Bananas, strawberries, a little Greek yogurt and some chopped walnuts are delicious.

I go for a run on my treadmill, make soap, or start doing so kind of chore. Making soap is just a fun little hobby for me, but when I get those bored cravings, I research new methods, recipes, fragrances, videos, etc. My mind suddenly goes somewhere else and food doesn't 'call' to me as much.

Congratulations on your wedding (my wedding anniversary is October as well!) Having that is a motivator will help you on your journey. I look forward to hearing about your (and everyone's) accomplishments along the way.
