The hubby ended up getting thai food. Sigh. A half cup for everything came out to 550 cals. I was suprised to say the least!! Moderation was key!

The sandwich doesn't look overly big now that I'm looking at it again. It's more long/thin than huge. I'm just surprised a medium is so few calories!

So I was under by about 1200 cals before the slip up last night. I usually don't eat the calories I burn at the gym though.

I tried to eat some nigiri. The sushi on top of a bit of rice. I must not be a raw sushi person cause I thought it was so tasteless. I didn't want to add soy sauce because I know the sodium content is really high. In the end I just had a California roll. I'll probably stick to that or edemame/veggie roll for next time.
