Maybe I really don't want to lose the weight
I've told myself over and over that I was gonna do it this time. Ever since having my first baby 4 years ago. But I still haven't gotten anywhere. I lost 10 lbs about 2 years ago but gained it right back in about 5 months. I just feel like i'm always shooting myself in the foot . What finally kept you on track?

Weird question: can the feet get a lactic acid burn?
I'm just getting back into working out. When I do cardio circuit workouts my feet start to burn, like a muscle lactic acid build up burn. Can feet be out of shape? Hahaha

Recommendation for progessive get strong plan
Looking for recs for a female workout plan. I know my way around the gym, go 5 days a weeek and I'm used to lifting. I just dont feel like I'm ever progessing , never getting stronger. So I'm hoping a plan that sets up goals for me would be the best route. Want to get strong!! Thoughts and recs?

Iliotibial Band Syndrome issues
Anyone have any experience with this? I've developed it over the last few months. I want to treat it before it becomes a significant problem. Today I'm icing, doing ibuprofen, and plan on resting. Sigh. Stressful work days are killing me
When I work weekends(horible ) and there is good food at home I just go nuts . It ruins my day. I keep telling myself I need to stop stress eating, but it takes me hours to snap out of the funk!

Hiking calorie estimate
Went hiking for 2 hours. Carried my 36 lb toddler on my back for 90% of it. Some uphill some downhill. Mfp estimates that I burned 850 calories. I input 40 mins of it uphill with 10-20lb load, and 80 mins cross country hiking. It would be awesome if I did in fact burn that many calories!

Always lose 5 pounds and then gain it back

The more I lift the hungrier I become

Fitness Blender youtube channel
I really love this workout channel. Easy to follow and they give you the calories burned during the workout. I don't know if I trust their calories burned, but it is a nice reminder of what you are working towards.

Daily calorie goal change out of the blue
Not only did it change to 1200 cals/day out of th e blue. But it also changed my old food logs to 1200 cals when they were all 1400. So confused! ! I didnt change any of my setting and I havent weighed in in 4 days.

I just checked the Which Wich website and it says a caprese medium (10.5in) is only 360 calories. Now....I'm looking at this sandwich thinking.....no way! It has to be at least 600 calories. Anywhooo I ate a little over half , but dont know what to log. Thoughts? ?
