I'm inputting my stats. It asked ___ × lbs squatting. Do i put in how many I do in a set (10) or total for that exercise? Say i do 3 sets of 10 at 95 lbs. Do I enter 30 x 95lbs? TIA!

I've honestly never counted calories before starting a little while ago. And I definitely never ate any gelato. It was ice cream or nothing in my family.

Ok everyone seems to offended that I used the word bad. I just thought it had less calories than ice cream. That's all. Sadly, I never seem to lose any weight if I eat ice cream.

Maybe sorbet. I thought since it had less dairy fat that the calories count was less. Goal: stick to half cup serving

1 cup of dark chocolate gelato is around 400 calories. Not as much dairy, but lots of sugar.

As of this morning I'm over 6 pounds down. I've had a couple slip up days so I'm definitely not depriving this time around. Haha

Dang that's crazy. My yawning doesn't seem to have anything to do with being tired(got almosy 9 hrs of sleep last night ). It's completely involuntary. When I work out really hard.

We are not allowed to have anything but water, and it has to be in a clear bottle. I'm technically not allowed to even have my water at my work station, but I can'tlive without my water. If we get audited i try to put in the back before they come in.

Previously i was eating 1400-1500 cals a day , but not seeing results. Im only 5'3 145 pounds so my daily is pretty low.
