Always lose 5 pounds and then gain it back

I don't know what it is, but I always get to the 5 pounds lost mark and gain it back. I guess I just lose motivation after I've deprived myself. I'm really thinking this time will be different. I've never ever been this consistent with tracking and being honest about my intake. Fingers crossed because there have been some setbacks this week. Much less gym time and some valentine's day pig outs. I would love to get down to my prepreggo weight of 132 (started at 150 and now 145). Any words of motivation are appreciated and a friend add! Today has been a good day. Got mexican foood, but opted for chicken fajitas instead of the usual burrito :)

Are you making sure you're not "depriving" yourself this time? A calorie deficit is necessary, but you don't want to make it too aggressive.

As of this morning I'm over 6 pounds down. I've had a couple slip up days so I'm definitely not depriving this time around. Haha

I seem to do the same thing. Of course the pattern is followed by deep remorse AFTER THE FACT! Heading to workout and work off instead of wallowing.

6 pounds down?! That's great! I'd take half that! :D
