Weird question: can the feet get a lactic acid burn?

I'm just getting back into working out. When I do cardio circuit workouts my feet start to burn, like a muscle lactic acid build up burn. Can feet be out of shape? Hahaha

Do you warm up first?0

Feet can get deconditioned, yes. They can cramp up, or just get fatigued. Try stretching your arches every hour or two, and before workouts too.0

It is also possible that your shoes are too tight.0

I assume so. Dancers warm up their feet for a reason.1

Yes. This was with a warm up0 -
Yes, the muscles in your feet are like any other muscles and can get fatigued in the same way. I would look up exercises that dancers use specifically to warm up their feet if this is a recurring problem.2
