I've totally lost motivation this week. I missed 3 days of working out, worked 6 days in a row, and had 3 bad/soso eating days. Now the scale is up over 2 pounds. Sigh. I was doing so well! I really had self sabotage

We all have those weeks. The important thing is that you recognize it, so plan on doing better next week! Pre-log food so you don't give in to the bad stuff. If you don't have time to workout the full hour (or however long you usually work out), cut it down to 30 or 45 minutes. Some productivity is better than no productivity. =)

I agree with fubsyfern, everyone gets off track the important thing is you are taking accountability and reaching out so now you will get back on track! Take the suggestions given above, try to prolog good and get in some exercise even if you can't complete all that you had hoped to.
The 2 lbs is most likely water weight I know it sounds like a cliche but either way you can't look back we can only look forward. We have to take this one day, one meal, one workout, and one decision at a time! You've got this!!

Make sure you are getting enough sleep and rest. Not having the needed sleep will throw your whole body mechanics off. Drink your water.

I am having one of those days too....feeling tired....terrible sleep last night. I am trying to get the rest I need and eat correctly. I will not sabotage all the work I have down to get my weight off just because I am feeling bad.

Get a in a short walk, the fresh air will do you good.

I totally understand girl! We all have bad days/weeks. But the important thing is that now you recognize it! Just tell yourself you'll get back on track and stick to it!
