*than Anyway, why 25% I only ate back 50% of my exercise calories and lost weight much faster than the promised 500g a week. So yes, I would totes eat back exercise calories.

I thought body types is a myth and that it has been debunked?
-
Congrats. BUT. What will you eat now that you are no longer on a diet? Did you count calories at all? Because this is a calorie counting site and it seems like you severely restricted the food you ate instead.
-
I'd seriously suggest first losing the majority of your excess weight.

What about her requirements is too stringent???

You may want to bake your own bread. I do. And I don't add sugar to it because that's just plain evil.
-
It depends on how much energy you take in (Calories In) v how much energy you expend (Calories Out). Growing a baby uses energy, but not as much as people think. You don't actually need to gain weight during pregnancy to have a healthy baby. Stick to maintenance calories during pregnancy and you'll be fine. That said, I…
-
Nope. I eat ALL THE CARBS.
-
You're probably not tracking your CI correctly. We don't just gain weight magically. It has to come from somewhere.
-
I'm 27 weeks and went for a run/jog at 26 weeks. You can do it. Just listen to your body.
-
Pregnancy doesn't erase CICO. You're gonna gain weight if your CI exceeds your CO.
-
No. A calorie surplus is the cause.
-
I'm 25 weeks and I'm guessing I've packed on 8kg to 9kg since the start of my pregnancy.
-
I'd <3 to find one! I have absolutely NO IDEA how much I should be eating...
-
Congrats, everyone! :) I'm ''due'' on 20 February 2017. I've already gained 9kg!!! I have started exercising again (yesterday) and I'll be tracking again from today onwards.
-
The contraception might increase your appetite, but ultimately, weight loss/gain is about the calorie in v calorie out equation. Are you consuming more calories than your body needs? If yes, then you'll gain weight.
-
Eat at maintenance. That is more or less what I am doing now. Keep on exercising. You shouldn't pick up too much weight if you eat at maintenance. Your baby will, as @PleasantDisarray suggested, take what she needs from you. Whether you like it or not :)

I am nearly 10 weeks preggers :)
-
I'm also newly pregnant!
-
I am 9 weeks pregnant. I have already gained something like 1.5kg and I am freaking out. I've worked so hard to get my weight down and BAM! Now I'm pregnant. So I want to ensure I don't gain too much weight. It's my first pregnancy.

Read the stickies. You're probably not using the correct entries. Or you're not weighing your food on a scale. Or you are too impatient and need to wait a bit longer before you see results.
-
No-one is "naturally slim". Some people eat less than others. Other people have a higher NEAT than others. It's a question of CI < CO

Walking is cardio.
-
You didn't waist any time to tell us about your waste, eh?
-
You will actually benefit from weight lifting.

I have been doing Stronglifts for 3 months or so. I have only experienced DOMS twice: when I started training 3 months ago, and today because I'd had a week-long break from exercise. You'll only experience DOMS when you train a muscle for the first time or after some period of inactivity.

It looks like these implants can cure all those starving Africans because they'll gain tons of weight. Let's do this!
-
I did the 1200 calorie before exercise thing. I've lost 13kg like that. Low-cal, high volume vegetables should become your Best Friend Forever.
-
First lose the majority of the excess weight. Perhaps do strength training instead of cardio.

Were those tight jeans or elasticated clothes?
