I take 400mg of the magnesium and 600mg of the L-Theanine. This is what chatgbt suggests for dosing

the magnessium and Theanine ? I take these along with my other night time vitamins with my last meal of the evening. The creatine I usually take along with TMG and L-Citruline as my pre-workout. But I’ve taken creatine for many years and with and without food. Never any issues for me.
