Trust me, I feel your pain…it's frustrating! Keep trying and something is bound to change for you, either scale, inches, or how you feel internally! It all matters. 🤗 🧡

It’s so frustrating isn’t it I hope your getting somewhere too?
My hormone imbalances screwed me over the winter and I piled on 3 stone.. my doc sorted those out in jan. I then dropped a couple of stone in the first month of Feb but the last 2 the scales aren’t budging.The tape measure however says different and this months pic made me see it better 👍
Here the shocker people of what menopause and underactive thyroid ‘can’ do to your body in a few months 🤯 you can get it back though …

I have had the same issues too…I am glad you are making progress! You look great and thank you for the encouragement! My 60's have been the hardest!
