Thank you! The reason I usually stick to 1300 per day, even when I work out, is because I get worried that my Fitbit is overestimating my daily calorie burn. I should try eating a bit more and see if that helps!

Logging my food accurately and every day. Started December 2015, have lost 20 pounds since then, I have about 25 more to go. I try to workout everyday and keep track of my macros.

In my opinion, as long as it doesn't go over your daily calorie goal, then occasionally eating something that isn't the best for you is okay! After a while of eating well, those "bad" cravings start to go away. But if you really want a sandwich from Mad Jack's, then have one. You are doing great!

I have had bad reactions to cheese and creams for a couple of years. Also, I usually only have coffee in the am.
