A tiny plateau

About me: 21, female, CW:151, GW: 135, SW: 180. I seemed to have hit a tiny plateau. My diary is open. I use a Fitbit to track my exercise (run at least 3-4miles a day and small weight training). I weigh all of my food. I've searched issues similar to mine, and looked at that "why aren't you loosing weight" diagram people share all of the time, but I've noticed that people's suggestions are usually helpful. Could people look at my diary and offer suggestions on what I could improve on? Again, I know weight-loss isn't linear, but it would be nice to hear what other people think! Thanks

That's a stall, nowhere near a plateau. You know weight loss isn't linear. I think you probably just need to have some patience. Give it at least 4 weeks before thinking about making any significant changes.
Also, do you really weigh everything? Looking through your diary, I saw some cups, bars, etc. I sometimes use entries that are labeled in cups, but I weighed and adjusted accordingly, so maybe that's what you're doing?
You're eating far, far under your given goal. So even with some discrepancies in logging, you're probably still in a deficit. What that means is, like I said, you probably just need to have patience and you'll see a loss soon. I know this is about "not losing," but if you're being very accurate with your logging, you should really eat at least a couple hundred more calories a day.0 -
Try changing things up a bit. Do a different type of work out maybe. I always tend to lose the most weight the fastest when I first start out. Right now mine has stalled a bit the last couple of weeks, not going down but not going up either - but I don't believe I've hit a plateau.0

No such thing as a plateau. It means you are eating at a maintenance level...0

Thank you! The reason I usually stick to 1300 per day, even when I work out, is because I get worried that my Fitbit is overestimating my daily calorie burn. I should try eating a bit more and see if that helps!0 -

I'm not saying eating more will help you lose, just that you're eating significantly under your goal, and that's not good for a multitude of reasons. I think it's too early to be worried about a stall and you should keep going, but make sure your logging is accurate. If it is, I do think you should eat more for health and sustainability.
If you're worried about your Fitbit, maybe just try 1500 for 4-6 weeks and see what your results are. You need a sufficient amount of time because weight loss isn't linear. If you only give it a week or two, you won't have a true picture of how your calorie goal is working. Adjust up or down after about six weeks, based on your results.0 -

Thanks. Like I said, I've seen this diagram many times, and it's very useful. I was just looking for specific suggestions on what I could improve on! Should have labeled the thread differently haha!0 -

The week or so before my period I never lose any weight even though I'm way below my maintenance. Is it possible it is around that time of month for you now?0
