I love my Fitbit charge HR. Having that heart rate monitor helps to get a more accurate calorie burn. I like that it syncs to MFP and mapmyrun. I won't go without a Fitbit again.

I started off with an indoor bike.. so as I'm watching TV I biked. I would set my mind to biking for a whole rerun of Charmed or Gilmore Girls. That turned into walking. That turned into jogging. Getting into competition with yourself is the best advice I can give. Can I go longer? Can I go faster? Can I have less walking…

Thank you for telling me the "truth", however I don't feel you can tell someone they are overweight by a number without seeing them for yourself. I do not feel that I'm overweight. I'm more healthy now then I have ever been in my entire life. But again, thank you for telling me the truth.

I get the low carb tortillas for my wraps and they are only 50 calories! And they have a roasted tomato one out now too! I make tuna wraps and breakfast wraps oh oh and BLAT wraps. (blt + avocado) Pretty much anything that I would use bread for I use the low carb tortillas and it works for me!

Those last few pounds are the HARDEST!!!! I've been working on my last 15 pounds for about 7 months now.. got 5 pounds left.. but honey I hear ya!!!

I use my Charge HR for my kettlebell workouts and don't have an issue. Usually with a 20 minute video I burn about 166 calories. You must have a setting not set correctly.

I'm 35 and in the best shape of my life. Started my journey in December of 2015, down 42 pounds. Slow and steady for me, but it works!

Bought a pair of size 10 jeans this weekend. I realized then that 12's was the smallest I had ever bought myself. Which means the last time I was this size my parents were still buying my clothes, so 14 or younger. :smiley: Also, I ran a 5K three days in a row this weekend. what?!?! :smiley:

If you have fitbit it will track everything for you. All the steps you take while cleaning it accounts for. I set MFP to no activity that way I don't get any extra calories and I let my steps and heart rate through my fitbit give me the calories I deserve because I actually burned them.
