3.5 pounds till I hit 40 lost. And going to Hong Kong in 16 days.. it's doable, just got to stay focused!!!

Be patient with your body and go with the flow of the scale. Just stay focused on the goal. And remember it's not a sprint it's a marathon. Slow and steady will win the race. good luck to you!!!

I do my best without weighing. I will count my cheezits and scoop out my soup with a measuring cup, things like that but I don't weigh.
