I agree with puffbrat...are you losing pounds instead of inches...sometimes mfp cals arent as acurate...i usually take a couple of calculators and see what they say. ..also weigh your preportion food out...alot of times ill buy something and it says it weighs 20g but i weigh it and its 30g...that will effect calorie count

For IF yo work for losing weight you still need a calorie deficit...whether your eating window is 8 hours or 2 hours you need to eat all your cals to be healthy...my cals to lose weight is 1740 so i need to eat that much every day to lose weight...IF is just tool to help you feel full..plus it has some great health benefits

I used to feel over welmed and thought it was hard work..i have been doing cico for 2 months and measure and weigh everything..it helps and you realize how much you actually over eat...you get used to it and mfp helps to keep tract of the cals yoy ate....

I do 16/8 ..my goals right now is to loose weight and its helping..i lose 1.5 to 2 pounds a week...the reason because IF helps me control my eating...i staynunder my aloud 1800 cals a day...iam not as strict on weekends but i naturally still follow noon to 8pm eating...ive been doing it since feb 1st..and LOVE IT

Also arebyou holding the button for 3seconds at the beginning and end of your excesise..yhen it knows to track your excersise...only log your excesise with fitbit and food..water with mfp...and you dont have to eat your excesise calories..sometimes i may eat no more then 50 percent back

I just got the charge hr for xmas..my first one so not alot of advise....i do love it...but ive read the fitbit manual and went on there forum and learned were to wear it propely..hiw to save on battery etc....and i love that it connects to mfp...its only be 1.5 weeks but i feel lost when its not on my wrist
