I know a lady who swears by cinnamon in her coffe instead of cream. I didn't like it but you might. I have nontrouble drinking plain water usually, but occasionally when I am super hungry, I get out the fruit flavored tea, without sugar though.

Thank you all for responding. I have a total care 15 year old daughter and I want to build more strength to be able to continue carrying her as she grows but I can not do any workout/weights that will make me sore and unable to carry her.

I am not able to go to a gym because there isn't one within 30 miles of me. I was a member for a while when we did have one but I can say there were times that I was intimidated.

My little one likes to exercise with me so we had to find some things he could do so we found some silly videos of youtube named 'indoor recess/go noodle.' They are cute and give us some silly time together.

I will second the use of bag balm. I have used it twice a day for several years and it keeps the itching, redness, and scales under control.

I always vote omelets! Two eggs with lots of veggies; spinach, peppers, onions, olives, etc then add salsa over the top.

My January goal was 30 miles and I did 34! Super happy with myself but I am going to aim for 40 miles in February.

I think that a little more time may be what you need to see results. Did you measure body parts before you started to see changes there? Maybe there are areas that are decreasing along with toning and strengthening.

I am going to join you in this walking challenge! I have walked 17 miles since I bought one of her videos on January 8th. Since then I have walked 17 miles and am going to aim for 30 miles this month. I think next month I will really boost it up. I am really enjoying her videos. Good luck!
