Today I hiked with my husband. It was 61 degres in NC and perfect hiking weather. I hiked 4.5 miles , up and down hills. It was great. Looking forward to February walks and hikes.0

Hi y'all. I'm sliding in just minutes before January ends. I started out the month walking some. I have pieces of paper with minutes of walks written down that neither got put into my exercise journal, nor posted here. But too few none the less. I'll catch up with you all in February's challenge and let you know what is going on in my neck of the woods. And I'll catch up reading some more in January when I have a chance tomorrow.
