I agree with her but I don't do it. I eat my breakfast in the car everyday. Eat lunch at my desk at work. Dinner at home at the table. Fudge pop in the bed.

I cut the sweet pot in half, the cut it into cubes or chucks. Cook it in a pan with water and lid for about 10 min. Then drain the water and sauté with Canola Oil spray, salt and pepper. Love it!

I heard somewhere that humans are the only mammals that drink milk after infancy/childhood. Don't know if that's true though

I recently got an applewatch - I haven't bought lunch since Jan 1 at work - brought my lunch every day as part of my diet plan and I have saved so much money. To reward myself, bought an applewatch. I love the heart rate monitor and the steps/ workout tracking.

I am going to try the water sauté... Havent ever tried that. Just put a Tbsp of water in the pan? I have tried the sprays which is fine - - but I just don't understand why everyone is pouring olive oil over all their veggies - and it is HIGH in calorie

I wouldn't go for workout equip yet. You can loose a lot of weight just by adjusting your diet. I was 322 when I started. 305 now - have hardly worked out at all. if you eat less you will lose. I am going to add the exercise slowly as I feel ready
