Braaaahh.. Still not using this thing. IDK I just feel smoothies are so high in cals. Just protein powder alone is high. Then add the fruit and poof. IDK

I use splenda for everything sweetener. The only exception is I still like the pink packets of sweet n low for my unsweet tea in restaurants.

I eat Cottage Cheese with Peaches or with sugar free Jelly mixed in. This is a snack that will really keep me full. Sometimes I eat a yogurt - lately have been eating the Dannon light and Fit with Chocolate on top (100 Cals) and that is really filling. I drink a TON of water- that keeps me feeling full. im logging my weight every Monday Morning- before I get in the shower. I weigh with no clothes on, want to get my actual weight. What is a bummer is I went to the Dr yesterday for something unrelated - weighed 7 lbs more than I do at home on their scale - with clothes on and I was holding my purse as well. Kind of sucked…

Daisy is the only way to go. Look at the list of ingredients. I use to just get the store brand until saw the ingredients list compared. Wont ever go back

Yum. I cook these in a pan on the stove. Put a little water, turn the heat up and cover the pan. Let it simmer for about 5-7 min. Then Drain. Then I spray pam on it, add onions and garlic. Sauté until they are some what charred. That's the best way I like them!

mmmmm. I love espresso. I get non fat milk or soy. And then usually sugarfree hazelnut and sugar free vanilla syrup. So Good. About 100 cals for the tall. I bought an espresso machine recently - been experimenting at home. I prefer soy over regular milk IMO.

I was going to suggest cottage cheese. That's what I usually have every day. I use to eat with with peaches with splenda. I came to the realization of this recently too. All the videos I watch on u tube say such and such tablespoons of olive oil. And yet it still considered healthy. It's like 120 Cals per TBSP. yikes !

Thanks guys. I initially did make a lot of smoothies - before I was dieting. I liked to add cream in the smoothies- but obviously that is loaded with FAT so I am not doing that any more... I haven't tried soups. I am going to dust it off and maybe try a soup this weekend!

I used to think I was fat just because my whole family was fat. But then... Hello calorie counting. I am fat because of what I was eating in the past. I don't think it is much to do with genetics in my opinion.

I appreciate everyone's post. I have always been overweight.. I think in highschool I was about a 14 - and for highschool that is pretty overweight I feel like. But now if I was a 14 I would be happy. Working on getting back to that.
