Happy to report 8.8 lbs lost since start and still on my side. Folks, the holy grail of weight loss, in my opinion, is to be on your own side. Listen to your body, be proud of it and above all love it as your body is your Valentine.

Dear Maxpyne, My conclusion about this journey is that we need to have one important person on our side - ourself. I am 294.6 lbs and aim to get close to 150 lbs with no time limit. I maintain open diary and share my exercise which is basically walking to work, waking during breaks and walking back from work to my bus.…
