On my side

I had lost and gained, again lost and gain even more, and lost and gained back like Olympic champ. I came to the sober conclusion that I just need one person on my side - myself. Unless that happens it will be a continued yo-yo or even worst gaining even more.
I weighed 300 lbs this morning and decided that finally let me have myself on my side. I started this topic to remind myself that I must not abandon me. I know that my resolve will be tested every meal every day and temptations will be challenging but then I need to come back to this topic and appreciate that I tried and hence can try again.
To be continued in moments of strength and weakness.

You can do this. Log your intake everyday and see if you can make small changes. Practice makes perfect.0

I love this! I'm a pretty big believer in self motivation. Once YOU decide this lifestyle change is for YOU, YOU can make it happen. Good luck0

Your post is a reminder and inspiration to me. I realize I am often NOT on my side.
I'm looking forward to following your thread and your journey. (I'll be tagging along.)

Happy to report 8.8 lbs lost since start and still on my side.
Folks, the holy grail of weight loss, in my opinion, is to be on your own side. Listen to your body, be proud of it and above all love it as your body is your Valentine.0 -
