I believe for both. more muscle built is more fat burned. I do 2-3 sets 2x a week.

I'm there with you! I need to force myself to track food but when I do I see a huge difference. I like that this app allows you to match ingredients because I so cook a lot. Do you work out in am or pm or whenever you can?

Add me too! My goal is to run a marathon by next year. I have 5ks under my belt and love kickboxing but gave up gym membership. Have school kids so meals are all over the place. But if any one else can help keep things in perspective help with accountability, that would be awesome!!
