Are these better for fat burning or toning

    I believe for both. more muscle built is more fat burned. I do 2-3 sets 2x a week.

    Love kettlebell workouts !! Just did tabata this am and got a good sweat going on.
    Check it out 3 sets added thru legs at end good core one.

    Kettlebells are great, but you need to do them correctly or you risk injury. That means using the correct weight, with proper form. Look for someone with an RKC certification for some instruction, or if that's not available or in your price range, read up on it or research it. Look for info from Pavel Tsatsouline, Lauren Brooks, Sarah Lurie...they have books and videos on the subject.
    I've used them for a while-they are great for strength training and I get a good cardio effect from much of the workouts.

    Kettlebells are my favorite! When I am regularly in a routine, it does not take very long for me to notice results. My primary use for them is toning.
