Hi, I'm doing the 5:2 diet, making sure I log everything on here. I've found the trick is not going over 2000 calories on the 5 days! It's quite hard on the light days, but food tastes so good on the other days! It's certainly made me more aware of portion sizes.

Nice one, RaeBee! I'm doing the alcohol-free thing too. It's not too bad with my meal, but the lack of a 5pm drinkie rankles a bit. I'm feeling a lot healthier, though. " Let water be my potion!"

I'm in too. So glad to find other people struggling with this. I'm not an alcoholic, but I do usually drink every day and it is definitely slowing my weight loss. I'm sure I'll find other benefits as well!

Okay with the no alcohol, but ran out of other food and had bread... Still under calory goal, and I've planned next week's food!

Back again! Managing the no alcohol or bread, have cracked and had a few things with sugar in them today. Still, my weight is the lowest it's been this year, so I'm pretty happy!

We've got fruit bats here this week, wheeling overhead in their hundreds as I go for an evening walk. ( I haven't got pooped on yet, despite my fears lol )
