5'4 & need to lose 70lbs. Only weigh once a month so I hope it less than that now as I have been eating healthy for a month. Am also 66 & I can't be as active as I need to be due to health issues.

It is very hard to stop that cycle but getting your attitude set on not eating things that you can't control. When I'm in a store I will not even look at the candy or bakery items because just the sight of them can cause me to overeat them

You are starting with a great attitude and determination! I put an encouraging reminder in my phone that pops up everyday to keep me on track.

I was having the same trouble & regained 30 lbs. it's 100% getting your head in positive thoughts about yourself. Stop beating yourself up. You can do it. You are worth it. Do something to make yourself feel good( not food). Help someone or do a kind thing for a stranger. Anything to make you feel worth taking care of…

I have been binge eating since I was a little girl. I used to hide food so my father wouldn't know. When I got my report card I wasn't worried about my grades just how much i weighed. They would put your height & weight on it.

I used to go to WW. Didn't like that they keep changing the way points are done. I just got userd to one way, then they changed to smart points. Too confusing & also money got tight.

I drink them but try to drink water instead sometimes especially with meals. I find that I can taste the food better with water.

Iwhen I started to gain weight back it usually started by thinking I could eat certain favorite sweets in moderation. I then ate them more & more often till I was unable to keep from bingeing. I have gone to therapy & have just come to the conclusion that there may be some things I just cannot control.
