You aren't supposed to eat at BMR, you're supposed to eat at BMR plus activity (which ends up as your TDEE) minus a reasonable calorie deficit (between 250 and 500 is generally considered a reasonable deficit, so long as that doesn't put you below your BMR).

I feel you I'm a binger but when I binge I don't even track calories I just eat til I feel sick and my stomach feels like it's gonna explode. It's hard. It's a habit that will always be there but I'm trying to find new ways of dealing with it when I want to binge.1

Congratulations on tracking while you feel you are binging! That's a major accomplishment. I think that being aware of your food intake helps keep it down, so pat yourself on the back for working as much of your plan as you can right now.
I suffer from depression as well, and it's definitely a trigger to overeat. I see a therapist... do you? If not, why not? I think taking care of your mental health is as big a support to a healthy lifestyle as a healthy diet. Do the best you can with the food and take care of removing the trigger. Work on managing the depression by seeing a therapist, perhaps trying an antidepressant if they recommend and you aren't already on one.1 -
I was having the same trouble & regained 30 lbs. it's 100% getting your head in positive thoughts about yourself. Stop beating yourself up. You can do it. You are worth it. Do something to make yourself feel good( not food). Help someone or do a kind thing for a stranger. Anything to make you feel worth taking care of yourself. Read inspirational things. I will be praying for you.0
