I'm tired of going back and forth with this weightloss journey. I totally convicted myself that it's time to follow a healthy eating habit and condition myself to excercising. I took a picture of myself and it looked like I was having twins. I'm tired of giving up. The only thing I want to give up is bad habits.The time is now to change..Say No to diet and yes to eating healthy food for life.

    You are starting with a great attitude and determination! I put an encouraging reminder in my phone that pops up everyday to keep me on track.

    you can absolutely do it!! Just remember that slow and steady (sustainable) wins the race!

    Saying no to "diet" was absolutely freeing for me. I didn't want to restrict foods ever again. I just eat less, some foods rarely and some foods occasionally.

    My best advice is read through the forums. There is a ton of information and some pretty insightful folks who not only lost weight but are maintaining.
