I have 32 lbs to go. I have lost 63 lbs so far.

I'm struggling a bit this week. I've gone to a few restaurants and made poor choices. I was under my calories if it includes my exercise calories. I went to the gym only twice. I need to do better. I haven't lost any weight this week.

I lost 3.5 lbs this week. Good start to meeting my goal. I stayed under calories and went to the gym yesterday but was a little short of my step goal. I think I'm getting a gastro so not sure how today is going to go

Day 6: under calories today. Found the cravings easier to ignore. I made my step goal but didn't go to the gym. I'll try to go to the gym tomorrow.

Day 5: I struggled with my eating today. Stopping myself from eating what I wanted and ended up being under my calories. I made my goal for steps but didn't make it to the gym. I'm still craving foods I shouldn't have.

Day 4: not a great day today. I went to the gym for 90 minutes but still didn't get my steps in :( I'm under my calories for the day but haven't lost any weight yet. Let's hope tomorrow is better

Day 3: got my steps in today, could have drank more water but stayed under my calories. Gonna try better tomorrow!!

Went to the gym today and did the elliptical for an hour. Stayed under calories.... Maybe too much?? And did well drinking water today.

Yesterday was better. I got my 10000 steps and stayed under my calories. I feel my will power was stronger yesterday.

Yesterday was hard. I had a family supper and they made a lot of bad food. I only ate a muffin but I found I was struggling to make a healthy decision. I got my steps in and drank more water.

I'm in. I want to lose 10 lbs and increase my water intake. I will exercise 5 times a week and hit my Fitbit steps of 10000. Cw 197 Gw 187
