12 lbs gone already. 4 more to reach my goal of 140 lbs.0

I didn't actually have a goal weight in mind, I just wanted to lose 50% of my starting weight and I have achieved that, so I have been maintaining ever since ... I started in November 2012 weighing 145.6kg - 321lb and in November 2014 I had got down to 71.2kg - 157lb.
I now bounce between 72kg - 158.7lb & 74kg - 163lb which I am quite happy with.0 -
138 now, want to be about 125-128.0

I have 32 lbs to go. I have lost 63 lbs so far.1

I've worked mine out to 48lbs, still a long way to go yet but as long as I stick with what I've been doing I don't see why it's not possible0

Weight? I'm about 15 pounds off.
Fitness? My goal is to enter, compete in and finish a Crit Race. I entered one but got dropped in lap 8/300 -

Over halfway now having lost 37lb. I'm only 13 pounds from my initial goal but the closer I get the more I see certain areas aren't changing the way I'd hoped. I'll likely need to lose around 25 more to be happy.0

It does seem like a lot when you look at it that way, but try breaking it down into smaller goals - say five or ten pounds at a time. Each time you reach one, pat yourself on the back and start trying for the next! You can do it - I wanted to lose 67lbs and thought I would never get there, but I'm nearly halfway through (31lbs down) after six months. Setting smaller milestones - first to get below 200lbs, then 10lbs at a time - has really helped me not to get overwhelmed.
