20lbs to go.. I'm hoping to hit 170lbs. Gonna start Insanity in about a week. Hopefully that with help (I also work with a trainer 2x a week).0

I'm 4 pounds from my original goal of 135...but 14 from my first ultimate goal weight of 125 and 19 from my super ultimate goal weight of 120. I'm motivated and ready to get it.0

I am 3 lbs away from my short term goal of 215 by 03/31/13 (currently at 217.8) and about 58lbs lbs from acceptable goal of 160. 78lbs away from my dream weight goal of 140.0

I've lost 31lbs (14kg) since November 20th. My goal is to lose 20kg total, then come back up by 5kg in muscle rather than fat. So I'm 1kg off the weight I want, but I want that weight to be less fat, more muscle.0
