    4-7 pounds depending on the week. So I've lost 93 to 96 out of the 100 I want to lose. I only want to get those last few pounds off because of the number but I'm in shape, fit, thinner, etc. so I'm not stressing and if I didn't have that number to hit I'd declare "maintenance" since I'm basically doing that anyway

    Started Jan. 22 at the big 200
    Today at 171 -- 29 lost.
    Goal for now is 145, so I'm more than half way there -- 26 to go!

    8 pounds off goal, give or take, depending on the day and whether I pooped before the weigh-in. I'm within the acceptable BMI range now, assuming you put stock in that metric.

    I have lost almost 18 kg (40 pounds) since the end of August last year, and I'm halfway. I've been fat for so long that losing all in 2 years is not that bad...
    I lose at a small rate, compared to others on MFP, but that is the way I roll and I'm confortable with this. No matter where I will stop losing, I'm still lighter that I used to be; and healthier.

    I've lost 23.3kg (51lbs) since August. I still have 14kg (30lbs) to go, but I'm already starting to look quite fit :)

    I have 17 pounds to go, but plan to keep lifting and my other activities, with lowering body fat and increasing muscle as my goals. I've lost 43 pounds and continue to lose about a pound every 5 days or so. I have been weighing in at 142 pounds for the last couple of days, with a BF% of 28.8 and lean body mass of 34.2.

    I just noticed this week, that I no longer have a muffin top. :D

    I am 19 pounds from my original goal, but I am going to add 10 to it so I can be in the mid range of healthy weight for my height and build. So Make it an even 30. YIKES 30 MORE POUNDS! Guess that makes me halfway there ;)

    I've still got about 70lb's to go. I don't really have a fixed ultimate goal though. I'll see how I look and feel and what my body fat % is when I'm round about the right BMI.

    I'm 12lbs from my final goal (or pending final goal). So excited!
