I used to use flavored creamer, about 3-4 tablespoons at upwards of 150+ calories. Now I use skim milk or fat free half & half only. I'm fine with it since I've cut back on sugar in general.

I'm in. I have been fully commited and doing well with meal prepping for about 8 weeks now. I have meal prepped in the past but didn't keep it up every single week. I am now encouraging a couple coworkers into meal prepping. It's the KEY to my weightloss. Without it, I will fail.

I have taotronics. Cost $27 at Christmas. Love them. I set my phone down on bench while lifting and doing intervals. It's a great match to have my music and interval timer app.

I am not sure if another poster has already stated so I apologize. Human body can only digest between 8-12 grams of protein per hour (roughly).
