I'm not sure it's possible to focus just on one area of the body but surely there are techniques the would work.

I've found that healthy eating is much more important than exercise for weight loss. Once the weight starts dropping it is much easier to focus on exercise.

I'm well over 40 but feel free to add me as a friend. I've found that logging food is the best way to be true to yourself and your eating habits. Exercise is important but healthy eating rules!
