All of the above. If your high blood pressure makes you cough, you have to talk to your doctor. He will recommend something different until you get the right medication for you. As somebody else said, do not quit your medication without the advise of your doctor. Best of lucks. You can do it.

Is it? It scares me a little but running my first marathon also scared me but I did it. Fear won't stop me so I will definitely try in 2023. At least that is the intention.

This and I tell to myself that I will just walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes or do a light ride in spinning class but after a couple of minutes of starting I find the energy to do the full workout, I think it would be hard for me to do it after work when I am tired and I have to get dinner ready for my family and me.…

I think the swimming pool is the safest place of the gym. All the chlorine in the water will keep viruses away from the water at least. :wink:

Is this the first time you had this reaction from eating Reeses cups? How many did you eat? If you haven't eaten too many and it is the first time that happened, you should definitely see your doctor. The high blood sugar you get after eating a few candy wouldn't do that unless you have an underlying condition. Don't wait…

I think spinning classes are fun and if you have a good instructor, they can be very challenging. I live in the Chicago area and in winter, that is the only option I have. I love to ride a bike outdoors in the other seasons, but still, I think that spinning is very helpful.

I am sure everybody can lose weight for a little while eating 800 - 1000 cal a day until you can't sustain eating 800 - 1000 cal a day. I don't run in the snow but do run on icy pavement. I wear Icebug shoes that I bought at Amazon but I am sure you can find them at REI or other sporting goods store.

I gained 5 lbs, but I am fine with it. I had a delicious Christmas Eve dinner and on the 25th we celebrated my husband's birthday. Yes, he is a Christmas baby. No regrets.

This last weekend, I ate everything I wanted MINDFULLY. I put on almost 5 lbs:neutral:, but my NSV is that I am not punishing myself and I certainly am back at eating sensibly.
