Definitely staying. Leaving this challenge last time cost me dearly so not going to make the same mistake again. Will be more active in group in October.

Very inspiring goals! Somehow it woke me up. Weekly goals are good for keeping oneself on track but I am guilty of not being consistent in my weekly physical work outs and only focusing on food. May be that's why I am not getting the desired result. Low calories, lack of energy to exercise and low will power against…

I can totally relate to that. Few days back I was shocked to see my pictures. I was looking much wider than expected.

My favourite: 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt Half lemon Curry powder Low sodium Salt ususally I mix it with chicken and leave it overnight in refrigerator, (not in freezer) and it tastes great upon baking or shallow frying.

I should count 9 things I am thankful for but I would count three today. 1. My mother: lucky to have such a multi-talented intelligent and intellectual person who cared for me and taught me many things. Always there for me!! 2. My kid: Nothing can compare to experience of motherhood and though it's not easy I grew up, he…

Pre. Weight: 171 lbs Today's weight: 171.5 lbs Too much food one day can derail a whole week. To reverse this I am going to work hard and my target is 169 lbs on 23rd August. Though I would be rather busy but will keep logging here. Have a fabulous week! Good luck to all for new week! 👍😊

@lindamtuck2018 thanks for always encouraging us! I am having kind of veggie blast today! Beetroot, coconut, coriander leaves paste, ridge gourd, sambar ( a tangy lentil and mixed veg soup) and stir fry potato with white rice.

Don't let it bother you too much, sodium does impact a lot. I have 4 litre water, 2 cup Green tea, beetroot juice/banana to flush out excess sodium. Anything high in potassium is good to combat extra sodium.

Wow!! Congrats for the good loss!

This week I have been good on target, except running, couldn't run today so will have to run on Sunday as well. Wishing all of you a nice…
