How deep do you squat?
How deep do you squat, @ss to the grass or below the parallel? Just watched a video on squat form and it mentioned that power lifters do not go all the way down as it lessens the volume. Since starting I have been doing sumo lifts but quite not satisfied with my loads.

how do you balance weightlifting and running?
Those who run and do strength training as well, how do you manage so none would suffer in performance? I have been trying to balance my running and lifting schedule but after lifting my legs are so sore it really affects my speed. My plan is 4 days running -3 days lifting. But I have not been successful to follow it…
