Coach 2 10K Challenge

Starting my training for 10 k run and I needed a place to report my progress, for accountability and inspiration. I am using a Coach 2 10K app. Anyone training for 10K run can join here and share their experiences and progress.

Week 2 started!! The jogging track where I run has slopes and today weather was bit hot but I completed the training without much problem. Would take a water bottle tomorrow.

It’s called 10K Runner. I used 5K Runner a few years back and it worked well for me so I upped it to 10K this time. What app do you use?1

That's great!what's your Instagram ID? I live in Bangalore city. If you don't mind my nosiness where do they live? Just today we had a Walkathon and I walked half and ran half of it but couldn't do 10 k training today. Will do it tomorrow.

It bugged me that I was a day off, so I did an extra run this weekend to get my three run per week to line up with MWF.
My side hurt just a bit on today’s run, but not enough to stop. Just enough to be a little annoying. We’ll see how Wednesday feels!

Congrats on completing 3rd week!I feel good as well to have an online running partner for 10 k!! You should skip a day if your body demands the rest. Today I took a break as my legs were still sore from the Friday lifting. My third week starts tomorrow. Have a great day!!

I had to run slowly than before in the 3 min run as the slope was high but I completed it somehow! Hallelujah!!1

I had a tiny bit of side pain again today, but I didn’t push too hard and didn’t feel maxed out at all, so I feel good!0
