It bugged me that I was a day off, so I did an extra run this weekend to get my three run per week to line up with MWF. My side hurt just a bit on today’s run, but not enough to stop. Just enough to be a little annoying. We’ll see how Wednesday feels!
Congrats on completing 3rd week! I feel good as well to have an online running partner for 10 k!! You should skip a day if your body demands the rest. Today I took a break as my legs were still sore from the Friday lifting. My third week starts tomorrow. Have a great day!!1 -

I had to run slowly than before in the 3 min run as the slope was high but I completed it somehow! Hallelujah!!1

I had a tiny bit of side pain again today, but I didn’t push too hard and didn’t feel maxed out at all, so I feel good!0

But my knees are tired so I’m happy the next two days are rest days.1 -

Good to see you are doing great on the program!
Due to my mother's illness and hospitalization I wasn't able to run or even follow my diet as I was busy taking care of her and rounds of tests, etc. But with God's grace she is doing better now. I am back on track as well. Somehow my app is not directly posting on the Instagram so I took a screenshot to post here.
