April Run 30 KM Done 3km/30 km 09/04/23 1 km Run 10/04/23 2 km Run 11/04/23 2 km 12/4/23 2 km 15/4/23 2 km 16/4/23 2 km It's been good so far. Enjoying inculcating the short runs in my daily routine. Now I plan to increase the distance. Heat is shooting up these days so I go for late night runs.

Today only 2500 steps. Slept in and missed the morning walk. Had guests over so only could go for a short run at late night. Total steps: 29821
